Eldorados Duke
1996 Chestnut Tobiano Stallion
APHA # 347,609
Duke is a great stallion with an exceptional personality that all
of his foals inherit. We have met 4 generations of his offspring
and upon entering the field are greeted by friendly, inquisitive,
correct, colourful and muscular foals. Although Duke is not
homozygous for Tobiano colouring, he has historically thrown
colour in over 90% of his foals. And the colour he throws isn’t
just plain marking - it’s loud, flashy, exotic colour patterns. Duke’s
papers list him as a chestnut, but his coat is much closer to bay.
Duke has great bloodlines, tracing back to King, Leo (multiples),
Yellow Jacket and Man O’War. Eternal Mount has his ROM in
Hunter Under Saddle and there are multiple Halter champions as
well as lots of racehorse and cowhorse genes in Duke’s background.
We think Duke’s foals can go any direction and perform very well.
BBR Blazing Engagement
2007 Bay Arabian Stallion
CAHR # 0045694

“Gage” is a young Arabian stallion we bred and raised with the
expectation that he could anchor our Arabian and half-Arabian
breeding program. We lost Gage’s mother when he wasn’t yet
3 months old and he never fell behind, maturing the whole time.
Gage is a strapping colt who should mature to 15.3 or 16 hands.
He has an outstanding, lovable personality, mixing curiousity and
impishness. He is a pleasure to work with, doing anything you
ask of him. Gage has excellent western movement and he can
turn and stop on a dime. With plenty of cowhorse in his pedigree,
Gage is primed for the western performance disciplines and even
working cow events. His sire, C Our Zeus, was a multiple Regional
Champion in Halter and Sport Horse disciplines in 2009 alone. Zeus
has been shown by both amateurs and professionals and Gage is
out of Zeus’ first foal crop. With Padron’s Psyche, Khemosabi and
Aladdinn all showing up on Gage’s 3-generation pedigree, you know
this is a well-bred young colt. We are excited to see what the future
holds in store for Gage.
